Man School - Week #1 Survey

In case you have any difficulty with the video above, below is a quick summary of the important information.

This survey has a couple very important purposes.

Purpose #1 - If you don't attend Sandals or any church... WELCOME! We care excited about getting to know you. However, most guys attend Sandals. With the number of guys committed to Man School, this provides a great opportunity for us to learn more about the men that call Sandals home!

Purpose #2 - This survey encourages you to pause and really think about where you have come from and where you are. Over the next 9 weeks, the Holy Spirit will reveal to you where you need to go AND how you will get there... and the leaders and other men will encourage you along the way. This survey helps you consider your "starting point". 

This survey is CONFIDENTIAL, be honest! This is a safe place. Jesus redeems us from our past and invites us into a God-glorifyng future! HOWEVER, on the last page, we have given you an option to share the survey with your group leader. Please strongly consider allowing this. Your group leader wants to get to know you, and serve you through the class. Allowing him to see your celebrations, pains, and what you are striving for will help him serve you well.

Lastly, please set aside at least 30 minutes of uninterrupted time to complete this!
